How to request a refund
Email support@germanbuddy.ai from (or quoting) the email address on your account, within 7 days of the payment you want refunded. That is all we need to start the refund.
Processing time
Refunds are issued back to your original payment method and typically take 5–7 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer. International payments are refunded through Stripe, which processed the original sale; India payments are refunded via Razorpay.
What happens to your access
When a refund is issued, the associated subscription ends and your Buddy Plus access stops. You can keep using the free tools at any time, and you are welcome to subscribe again later.
Free trials
Your 7-day free trial is not charged, so there is nothing to refund for the trial itself. You will only be billed if you choose to subscribe.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel anytime. Cancellation stops all future billing immediately; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling on its own is not a refund — if you also want money back, request a refund within the 7-day window above.
